Remembering Prof. Anil Agashe

Since the news broke yesterday (Oct 24th, 2015), I have been struggling to find words to express as to what you meant to me ..I am devastated with the thought that you are no longer going to be around to guide us. I have known you from your very first induction address to MBA++ 2012-14 Batch and then through regular lectures at PUMBA. I have known you through your blogs, your poems, your Facebook posts, your tweets and more so through one to one interaction we had during my MBA and even later. I cannot really enlist what you have given us and it would be so naive of me to even try doing so.

I feel so proud that I had the opportunity to sit through your lectures, get to know the world through your learned experiences. An individual of own style and standing, learned & compassionate and someone who was so warm towards everyone who approached for help..what a stupendous human being you were!

Your leaving is so sudden and shocking ..the void so irreplaceable..We wish people like you would never die..

Sir, we have all the memories of you in our hearts, very vivid, very much clear and we will miss you for what you have been to us..a rare friend who happened to be everything for everyone.

Rest in peace Prof. Anil Agashe ..Thank you for accepting us..!
